This experience was very intensive and fabulous. Nas was your guide and is very kind with us, he was always attentive to our needs with a lot of encouragement when it was difficult. He does a remarkable job for us. the porters (Haerull and Mayo) were very kind to us, they do an impressive job, I give them all my respect. We ate super well thanks to them and slept very well on the planned camps. they are always smiling and in a good mood. Thank you very much for this experience.
Climbing Mount Rinjani was the most beautiful experience of my life. Our guide Nas was great, always there to support us in difficult times. Our porters were also amazing. Haerull and Mayo were very quick to bring us all the necessary things on the camps. The food prepared was excellent, we didn’t miss anything. The atmosphere at base camp with Mayo, Nas and Haerull was great! we recommend you do this experience with them!
We really enjoyed our hike with our guide Ozi. He communicated with us clearly and made sure we were enjoying the hike at all times. He allowed us to take our time and really appreciate the views. Our porters were brilliant! They cooked us restaurant standard food on the side of the mountain and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would highly recommend Ozi as a guide! The only issue with our experience was the communication from the owner who failed to give us the correct times for breakfast, the shuttle and failed to mention the medical check prior to the hike. This meant we started the hike later than planned but Ozi more than made up for it with his positive attitude.
My experience with this company was very mixed. I think the communication from the owner was very poor which impacted the start and finish of our trip. However we had Ozi as our guide and he was AMAZING! He looked out for us and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our hike. His English was very good and we shared great stories. Ozi thank you soo much for an amazing experience!
