Summary Of The Trek Program

Day 0

  • Pick you up and transfer you to our hotel and office in Senaru.
  • Short briefing for the trek.
  • Visit two waterfall ” Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfall ” if you arrived 1 hour before sunset.

Day 1 : 11-12 hours

  • Wake up at 6:30 am breakfast and at 7:00 am start leaving hotel to the Rinjani Information Center (RIC) in Sembalun (1.156) about 1 hour drive.
  • Start the trek to the post 1 (1.300 mm), post 2 (1.500m), post 3 (1.800m) and crater rim of Sembalun (2,639).
  • Spent the night at crater rim of Sembalun (2,639m). 

Day 2 : 6-7 hours

  • Wake up at 02:00 am get your light breakfast and
  • Hiking up to the summit of Mount Rinjani (3.726 m) and enjoy the sunrise.
  • Decent down to the rater rim of Sembalun (2,639).
  • Decent down the Lake (2.000 m ).
  • Hiking up to Crater Rim Senaru (2.641 m).
  • Spent the night at Crater Rim Senaru (2.641 m).

Day 3 : 5-6 hours

  • Wake up 06 :15 on the Crater and the sunrise 06:30 am.
  • After breakfast decent down  to post 3 (2.000),post 2 (1.500),Pos 1 (900 m)  to Rinjani Information Center (RIC) in Senaru (601 m)
  • Drop to your next destination.

Itinerary : This trek start from Sembalun and ending in Senaru village (Sembalun Village – Sembalun Crater Rim – Summit – Lake – Hot Spring – Senaru Crater Rim – Senaru Village)

Day 0

Upon arrival in Lombok, whether by plane or boat, our staff will pick you up and transfer you to our hotel and office in Senaru. Once in Senaru, you’ll meet our team who will assist you with the registration process. After a brief orientation session with your guide about the trekking procedures and trip preparation, you can visit the Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfalls if you arrive at least an hour before sunset. We recommend arriving a day before the trek for a more relaxed start, but same-day arrivals are also accommodated.

Day 1: 11-12 hours

Our guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 6:30 AM for a transfer to the Rinjani Information Center (RIC) in Sembalun Lawang Village (1,156 m). After registering and arranging the necessary permits, the trek begins with a gentle ascent through open grasslands. The journey progresses with rest stops at Pos 1 Pemantauan (1,300 m), Pos 2 Tengengean (1,500 m), and Pos 3 Pada Balong (1,800 m). The final ascent through Casuarina forests, potentially spotting wildlife, leads to the Sembalun Crater Rim campsite (2,639 m), where we spend the night.

Day 2: 6-7 hours

An early wake-up call at 2:00 AM for a light breakfast before starting the challenging three-hour hike to Mount Rinjani’s summit (3,726 m). Enjoy the stunning sunrise views before descending back to the Sembalun Crater Rim camp for breakfast. The trek then continues down to Segara Anak Lake (2,000 m), where you can relax, swim, and explore the hot springs and caves. After lunch, we climb up to the Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 m), where we set up camp for the night, enjoying dinner with spectacular views.

Day 3: 5-6 hours

Wake up at 6:15 AM to witness the sunrise at 6:30 AM from the crater rim. After breakfast, we begin the descent through tropical forests rich in flora and fauna. The trail passes notable sites such as Batu Penyesalan and the Bayan tree. The journey takes approximately seven hours, concluding at the Rinjani Information Center in Senaru. From there, we transfer you to your next destination, marking the end of your trekking adventure.
